Join WPSA!

A student’s entire family becomes members!  There are many opportunities for all to take part in WPSA  – learn to sail, race & socialize.  You do not need to own a boat or know how to sail – membership required for classes.  Enroll today!

Take Sailing Lessons!

Ages 8 thru ADULTS are invited to learn to sail on our boats, during our popular 7-week summer programs.  Adults and children may learn together in evening Adult/Family sessions Mon/Wed.  Youth day classes are Mon-Thurs, Race Team competes Fri.  Inquire to learn more HERE. To enroll, join as a member, wait a day for approval then enroll in classes HERE.

Race the Bay

Regattas to informal community evening races, no matter your age or preference you’ll find yourself part of a community!  Form long-lasting friendships – enjoy all that WPSA offers.  Summer 2024:  Tuesday Night Sunfish Races (Opti & Lasers welcome);  Friday Night Flying Scot races.

Club Events

Social and Club Events for youth and adults include regattas and races, cocktail parties, annual clam bake, BBQ’s, blood drives, dinners, talent/art shows and more!

Have a Sailboat?

Inquire about Dry Sail Storage (sail powered boats 19′ and under) for the Summer or Winter seasons with our Rear Commodore.  Every boat must first be permitted and an ID # sticker issued by the Rear Commodore.

Pay Winter Storage

Winter is over!  WPSA members please remember to settle up and pay for Winter Dry Sail Storage.  Summer storage must be paid before July 1st or you will incur PENALTY FEES!  Pay Winter 2023-24 Storage Fees HERE.

Pay Summer Storage

Members who wish to pay for and Dry Sail 2024 store a boat in the yard, registration is open.  New or returning boats MUST be approved first as space is not guaranteed.  You MUST indicate your WPSA Sticker ID#,  If you don’t have one or it needs replacement or wish to inquire:  Ask the Rear Commodore HERE.

Wet Pants is a sailing club with active racing and social components – what a wonderful thing to make friends who enjoy a common sport!  I love the weeknight and special event races for members.
